- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Free from perfumes, stains, makeup, or any signs of wear
- Returned in original packaging with all tags still attached

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards or store credit vouchers
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us within the return window via our Contact page or WhatsApp. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with authorised return instructions.
Please do not return items without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted and could cause delays.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending your item back. Where the preferred item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
